Relieve Sciatica Pain - Do It Yourself!!
In my previous post entitled: Sciatica / Pain in Sciatic Nerve, I related how reflexology is great for eliminating sciatica/sciatic nerve pain. I have had so many requests, here is a breif outline of how to do it yourself:
If you are working on your hands, the easiest thing to do is to work 2 parts of the hand:
1) The Shoulder Reflex: The bottom (3rd) knuckle of the pinky finger. Stretch the pinky back slightly and work the entire knuckle where it meets the palm. I find it most effective to emphasize the bottom aspect of the knuckle.
2) The Hip Reflex: The bottom of the palm, directly beneath the pinky. This will be opposite the thumb joint. Work the area just above the bone that juts out in the corner. If you stick the knuckle of your thumb from the opposite hand on the bone that sticks out at the bottom corner of the palm and point the top of you thumb toward the pointer finger, your fingerprint will touch the area that needs to be worked.
I hope that's clear enough. If not, let me know and I can post a diagram on my site to illustrate.

It would be helpful if you could post a diagram to illustrate.
Thanks in advance.
