Rice Milk Recipe

Here is a great and easy recipe for Rice Milk.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of Rice
  • 3 cups of Water
  • 2-3 drops of Stevia
Soak the rice overnight, minimum 3 hours. Put in blender and add Stevia while blending on high speed for 5 minutes. When done, strain through a cheese cloth or pour out of blender in bottles, leaving the sediment in the bottom of the blender.
I have a nice large blender so I soak 1 1/2 cups of rice in 4 1/2 cups of water overnight in the blender and just turn it on in the morning. You can leave out the Stevia or replace it with another sweetener of your choice.
Brown rice is obviously better, but either way you slice it takes great and saves a lot of money from buying it at the store.
